Prosecco & Rose Salt 

Maldon Sea Salt infused with a reduction of Prosecco wine adds a subtle sweetness with Beechwood smoked mushroom with hints of lemon and flecks of pink rose petals.  Use as a finishing salt for Moroccan dishes such as tagines or as rub for roasted veggies, lamb or chicken. Or for adding a bit of decadence to something as simple as a piece of fresh bread with olive oil.

Ingredients;  Prosecco Salt 58%, Beechwood Smoked Oyster Mushrooms 29%, Lemon Juice Powder 9%, Sumac 2%, Crushed Rose Petals 2%.
