Garlic & Herb Salt
Our small batch garlic salt adds a depth of Umami flavour to any dish. Made with wild garlic grown in the Peak District this salt really is a good all rounder and our best seller. Use as a rub on aubergines, beef or tofu to enhance the flavour, add to burger or meatball recipes or just sprinkle some on your chips.
Ingredients: Maldon Sea Salt 50%, Mushroom 25%, Garlic 6%, Mixed Herbs, Pepper, Wild Garlic 2%.
